Millennium Trail (Szlak Tysiaclecia) is a commemorate of millennium of Poland. It goes through three regions: „Gorny Slask” (Upper Silesia), „Zaglebie Dabrowskie” (coal basin of Dabrowa Gornicza city) and „Malopolska” (Little Poland), which were created in several periods of history of the country. Zamonit’s Trail (Szlak Zamonitu) is a heritage of the route had been hiking by the scouts. Their rambles were going through scouts’ hostels during summer holidays in action called Zamonit, whose name came from connecting words „zamki” (castles) and „amonity” (ammonites).
